A case will be handled by the lawyer we consider best suited. Once we receive a case, we agree with the client on what our advice will entail. We always issue an order confirmation to private clients and keep the client regularly informed via secure email.

We archive the matter upon conclusion and retain it for a minimum of 5 years.

We bill based on time spent. Hourly rates for lawyers are normally DKK 2,000–3,000, and for trainee lawyers DKK 1,000–2,000, plus VAT.

Billing is done on an ongoing basis with interim invoices each quarter and upon conclusion. Payment terms are eight days net.

All our employees are bound by confidentiality. All our lawyers are appointed by the Danish Minister of Justice and are members of the Danish Bar and Law Society.

Our liability is limited to DKK 15,500,000 under our professional indemnity insurance with HDI Danmark via AON Danmark A/S.

Clients dissatisfied with the advice provided or the fee charged may submit a complaint to the Danish Bar and Law Society's Disciplinary Board at www.advokatsamfundet.dk or at Kronprinsessegade 28, 1306 Copenhagen K.
